The ongoing pandemic has created challenges and opportunities for the AMATS program in FY2021. AMATS has worked hard to ensure that federal funds are not subject to the ODOT Carry-Forward Policy. Unfortunately, projects sold have come in substantially lower than ODOT’s cost estimates.

These circumstances have led to AMATS staff recommending a special round of funding for resurfacing projects. The purpose of this round is to allocate $5 million in funds available in FY2022 and $6 million in funds available in FY2023-2024.

Applications are available for both FY2022 and FY2023-2024. All applications are due electronically to Dave Pulay by May 5th, 2021.
